"Madison was very friendly and pleasant to work with. I had spoken to her six months prior but didn’t qualify for services through them at the time. She ensured me she would reach out after the six months and she did! She wasn’t pushy and was very polite and patient while I made my decisions. "Not all Statefarm Agents are the same. Dominic has hired Grade A employees. I can’t stress how friendly and courteous the staff and Dominic are. My previous Statefarm agent closed and I worried about what my relationship with a new agent would look like. I am so blessed in finding This agent. Insurance discussions can be difficult, but I was able to easily express any concerns or have my questions addressed without feeling pressured. Yeah, I got a tad excited writing this post. "My family recently made the switch to State Farm thru Dominic's office. 4 cars and our home. The process went very smoothly and was hassle free. We worked with Madison. She provided excellent customer service, Which sadly seems to be the exception now.
